In an effort to provide a safer, consistent environment eBay are introducing a standard returns policy for business sellers on eBay.co.uk.
The new features bring 2 new requirements to specify:
- Who pays return postage costs
- How many days buyers have to cancel a transaction
As well as requiring a minimum 14 days return period if you offer returns.
