The why
Multi-account sellers live in browser tabs
Running more than one eBay account is a normal, sensible thing to do — separate brands, separate marketplaces, an outlet account for seconds. eBay just does not give you anywhere to stand and see all of it.
Signing in and out is the whole day
Every account is its own session. Switching means signing out, signing in, and losing whatever you had open — several times an hour.
The messages are the worst of it
A buyer question is time-sensitive, and it is always in whichever inbox you are not looking at.
Reporting stops at the account boundary
eBay shows you each account. Nothing shows you the business. The cross-account picture only exists if someone builds it in a spreadsheet.
So does bulk action
A change that ought to apply everywhere has to be done once per account, which means it gets done properly on the first account and approximately on the rest.
What’s in it for you
Three things you get back
One place to stand
Listings, orders and messages from every linked account in a single view — or filtered down to one account when that is what you need.
One inbox
Buyer messages across every account, searchable and filterable, answered in the tool. The question does not sit unread in an account you were not in.
The switch takes a second
A sidebar dropdown rather than a sign-out. Small, and it is the thing you do forty times a day.
The feature
Link → Switch → Work
Accounts are linked once. After that the dashboard is either all of them together or one of them, and you move between the two without signing in again.
Link your accounts
Connect each eBay seller account to your Frooition login. One on a free account; up to five with Boost Basic.
Choose your view
Work across every linked account at once, or switch into a single account from the sidebar dropdown.
Work normally
Listings, orders and messages behave the same either way — the only difference is how much of the business you are looking at.
The detail
What actually combines across accounts
Stated specifically, because “manage multiple accounts” is a claim almost every tool makes and almost none of them define.
Listings
- Every linked account in one list
- Filter down to a single account
- Live, draft, error and scheduled statuses
Messages
- Buyer messages across all accounts, one inbox
- Searchable
- Filter by unread or priority
- Reply without leaving the tool
Orders
- Orders from every linked account in one view
- Switch to a single account when you need to
Account switching

- Shows how many of your account slots are in use
Bulk work
- Bulk Revision can run across the accounts you select
- One sweep instead of one per account
The numbers
- 1 eBay account on a free account
- Up to 5 with Boost Basic
- A sixth and beyond is a quoted conversation
The benefit
The cross-account view is the one nobody has
Most multi-account sellers can tell you how each account is doing. Very few can tell you how the business is doing without building it by hand first.
- One listListings across every linked account, rather than five lists you reconcile.
- One inboxBuyer questions arrive in one place, which is the difference between a fast response and a lucky one.
- One sweepA catalogue-wide change can cover the accounts you choose, instead of being repeated per account and drifting.
How many accounts, and what happens past five
A familiar shape
Four tabs to ship one order
An order comes in on the outlet account. The stock is recorded against the main account. The buyer has asked a question, which is in a third inbox because they messaged about a different item last week.
None of this is complicated. It is just spread across four browser tabs and three sign-ins, and by the time you have assembled the picture you have forgotten what you were doing before the order arrived.
Do that thirty times a day and it is not an irritation any more — it is a part-time job that nobody is paid for and nobody counts.
The cost of running several accounts is never one big thing. It is a small thing, forty times a day.
What would you do with that hour back?
The bit that’s usually missing
What it costs
Free to find, paid to apply — and the free part is the whole diagnosis, not a teaser. Whether a tool is included shouldn’t take three clicks and a form to find out.
Single item check
£Free
Paste in one eBay item number and see what is missing from it. No account, no eBay connection, and the single-item PDF is free to download. This is the box at the top of this page.
Whole catalogue scan
£Free
Connect your eBay account and the scan covers every live listing you have, uncapped — Buy It Now and auctions up to the first bid, which is where eBay itself stops allowing revisions. Finding is never capped and never charged.
Boost Basic
£30/month +VAT
£300/year +VAT · US $46/month, $460/year
One plan covering the paid tools, including 25 AutoFix Credits a month. Applying changes to live listings is the paid step — by subscription, by credits, or by a quoted managed service.

What we’re not claiming
Every claim on this page should survive a sceptical seller checking it. These are the edges.
