AI writes it. You decide whether it goes live.

eBay AI Tools gives you four things inside your Frooition account: titles written for how buyers actually search, full listing descriptions, item specifics completed automatically, and a bulk repair that works across the whole inventory. The first fifty generations every month are free, and seeing a suggestion never costs anything at all.

  • eBay-certified partner since 2006
  • First 50 generations a month, free

The why

The words were written once, at speed, and never again

Nobody rewrites four thousand listings. They get written the day the item is listed, in the time available, and then they stay exactly as they were.

01

A title is your only keyword surface

It is the line eBay matches a buyer's search against. Most titles were typed quickly by someone who already knew what the item was - which is the one perspective a buyer does not have.

02

Descriptions get copied forward

The fastest way to list the next item is to duplicate the last one. It works, and it is why a catalogue ends up carrying the same paragraph a thousand times with the model number swapped.

03

Item specifics get skipped because they are optional

eBay lets you list without them. Nothing stops you, nothing warns you, and the listing looks finished either way.

04

And it compounds quietly

One rushed listing is nothing. The same habit across a catalogue built over five years is a body of copy nobody has read since the day it went up.

The honest version of the problem is not that the words are bad. It is that rewriting them by hand is a job with no end, so it never starts - and the listings that would benefit most are the oldest ones, which are exactly the ones you are least likely to open.

What’s in it for you

Three things you get back

eBay AI Tools: the rewrite actually happens

Not as a project you schedule for a quiet week. As something that runs against listings you already have, in the time it takes to review a suggestion.

You stay in front of every change

Suggestions appear on screen for you to accept or reject. Nothing reaches eBay because the AI thought it should.

Fifty a month before anything is charged

Enough to work through a real section of a catalogue, or to find out whether you like what it writes, without a decision about money first.

The feature

eBay AI Tools: four tools, one account

Stated precisely, because “AI for your listings” could mean almost anything.

AI titles

  • Written for how buyers search, not how you filed it
  • One listing at a time or across a selection
  • Shown to you before anything is written

AI descriptions

  • A full listing description, written from the item
  • Replaces the paragraph copied forward from the last listing
  • Editable before it goes anywhere

AI item specifics

  • Completes the fields eBay expects for that category
  • Built on the same scan the Listing Optimiser uses
  • The finding is free; the write is the paid step

Bulk AutoFix

  • Runs across the inventory rather than one listing
  • Fixes the SEO issues the scan has already found
  • One credit per listing, 25 included every month in Boost Basic

Category auto-suggest

  • On the single-page lister
  • Suggests the eBay category as you list
  • The nearest thing we have to SKU-to-category mapping

Not included here

  • No automatic pricing
  • No claim that AI copy ranks you higher
  • No writing to your listings without approval
One boundary worth being explicit about: seeing a suggestion is free, always. Generating new copy is what is metered, and writing a change to a live listing is what spends a credit. You never pay to find out what is wrong or to see what we would put in its place.

Anyone can generate a template now with eBay AI Tools. Getting it onto eBay is the part AI doesn't solve.

You can build an eBay template with AI free inside your Frooition account, or bring one you made somewhere else. Either way the hard part is the same, and it is not the design.

01

eBay will not run active content

Javascript in a listing has been blocked since 2017. A template that depends on it looks finished in a browser and arrives broken on eBay.

02

Everything it loads has to be served securely

Images and stylesheets have to come over HTTPS from somewhere that stays up. A template is only as reliable as the place its files live.

03

And if that place goes away, so does every listing using it

This is the failure nobody plans for: hosting lapses, and the design disappears from thousands of live listings at once.

So the question is not whether you can produce a template. It is whether it will still be there, and still render, on a listing you put up two years ago.

Build one here

  • Free, inside your Frooition account
  • No HTML, no hosting account to set up
  • Applies across live listings from the same dashboard

Or bring your own

  • Made with AI somewhere else, or by your designer
  • We host the files so the listing keeps working
  • Same hosting the 600-template library runs on

What hosting with us means

  • Served over HTTPS
  • No active content, so eBay accepts it
  • Image hosting is on the free tier

The trade-off, stated plainly

eBay AI Tools is fast at writing and bad at knowing. AI is fast at writing and bad at knowing.

It writes a good title from what the listing already tells it. It cannot know the things only you know - that the second battery is aftermarket, that the box is damaged, that you stopped stocking the blue one. That is why nothing goes live unapproved.

  • You gainA rewrite of listings you were never realistically going to rewrite by hand.
  • You keepThe final say on every line. Suggestions sit on screen until you accept them.
  • SoReview the first batch properly. If the copy suits your catalogue, the rest is quick - and if it doesn’t, you have spent nothing finding out.

Free to find, paid to apply - and the free part is the whole diagnosis, not a teaser. Whether a tool is included shouldn’t take three clicks and a form to find out.

Paid · one plan

Boost Basic

£30/month +VAT

£300/year +VAT · US $46/month, $460/year

One plan covering the paid tools, including 25 AutoFix Credits a month. Applying changes to live listings is the paid step - by subscription, by credits, or by a quoted managed service.

This tool specifically: AI generation - titles, descriptions and item specifics - is free for the first 50 calls each month. After that it is a credit a call, or included in Boost Basic. Seeing a suggestion on screen is always free and never counts against the fifty; the meter starts when new copy is generated. Bulk AutoFix is a credit per listing, with 25 included in Boost Basic every month.
Building an eBay template with AI is free, and image hosting is on the free tier. Applying a design across live listings is a credit per listing, under the 500-per-account cap.
AutoFix Credits are £1 per credit +VAT (US $1.33), 10% off from 100 and 15% off from 500, bought as a one-off rather than a subscription. One credit does one action on one listing - and a credit is only ever spent writing a change to a live listing, never on finding something. Boost Basic includes 25 a month, 300 on the annual plan.
Quoted after an assessment, not priced here: a sixth eBay account and beyond, catalogue imports above 10,000 listings, template design beyond 500 listings and FrooSync, Listing Rescue and inventory work. Onboarding is a separate professional service - the first half hour free, then £50/hour for new clients.

Straight answers

What we’re not claiming

Every claim eBay AI Tools makes on this page should survive a sceptical seller checking it. These are the edges.

We don’t promise AI copy ranks you higherA better title describes the item the way buyers ask for it, which is how eBay matches it to a search. That is a real and limited thing. It is not a ranking guarantee and we won’t pretend otherwise.
It doesn’t know what isn’t in the listingThe AI writes from what it can see. Condition details, bundle quirks and anything you have never recorded are not available to it - which is the whole reason you approve each suggestion.
Generating is metered, and we’d rather say so hereFifty calls a month are free. Beyond that it is a credit a call or a subscription. Finding problems and seeing suggestions stay free at every tier.
This is not a listing auditTelling you the best specifics, titles and descriptions to use, listing by listing, is separate work that is not built yet. Nothing on this page is that, and we are not selling it here.

FAQ

eBay AI tools questions

What counts as one of my fifty free generations?
One call that produces new copy - a title, a description or a set of item specifics for one listing. Looking at a suggestion that has already been generated, or at anything the free scan found, does not count and never costs anything.
Does it change my listings automatically?
No. Suggestions appear for you to accept or reject. Writing an approved change to a live listing is a separate, deliberate step - and that step is what spends a credit.
What happens after the fifty?
A credit a call, or Boost Basic at £30/month +VAT, which also includes 25 AutoFix Credits a month for applying changes to live listings.
Is the AI template builder really free?
Yes - building a template with it costs nothing, and image hosting sits on the free tier. Applying a design across live listings is a credit per listing.
Can I bring a template I made somewhere else?
Yes. Bring one you built with another AI tool or had designed, and we host the files so the listing keeps rendering. That hosting is the part that usually goes wrong when sellers do it themselves - eBay blocks active content, and everything a template loads has to be served securely from somewhere that stays up.
Will it write in my tone of voice?
It writes clear, factual listing copy from the item in front of it. It is not trained on your back catalogue and will not imitate your house style - which is another reason the approval step matters.
Do I need an account to see it work?
Not to start. Paste a single eBay item number into the box at the top of this page and see what is missing from that listing, with no account and no eBay connection at all.

See what it would write for one of your listings.
