In efforts to make eBay a safer and more comfortable buying environment eBay are introducing new buyer and seller protections.
(Please note, always refer to your relevant eBay website for the latest accurate information)
- Negative or neutral feedback raised against international sellers where goods are caught up in customs or additional customs fees are incurred will qualify for feedback removal
- In order to make a claim against a seller, buyers must first contact the seller on email before raising the claim in the resolution centre
- Feedback left by a buyer with an unpaid item recorded for the transaction will automatically be removed where you have specified eBay checkout and eBay approved electronic payment methods
- Sellers will automatically qualify for a 5 Star communication DSR where listing transactions have the same day or 1 day handling time, uploaded tracking information by the end of the next business day and there is no communication between the seller and the buyer (April)
