eBay and online marketplace specialists Frooition and Yahoo are jointly sponsoring an Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) conference in London. Entitled Engage for Autos, the event will be held at the Royal Commonwealth Society, London on November 30th 2006. However, Frooition aims to show automotive sellers a cheaper way to acquire customers online. With over three million monthly visits, they could significantly increase their whilst reducing cost per acquisition just by listing on ebay motors.

The event is being chaired by Keiron Matthews, head of marketing for the Internet Advertising Bureau. Leading industry experts will speak on the day. For instance, Jonathan Williams and Jason Biffin, head of marketing and the commercial director of E-Commerce for Autotrader.co.uk. Also Paul Hood, head of online for Emap Automotive.
