What it is
What is an eBay MCP server?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to other tools. Frooition for eBay is an MCP server run by Frooition: your assistant talks to it, and it talks to eBay through Frooition's existing eBay integration.
Your assistant never receives your Frooition password or your eBay token. It can only reach the eBay accounts you tick when you connect.

Connect the eBay MCP server in a couple of minutes
You need a Frooition account with your eBay store connected. Don't have one? The sign-in page links to create one, free.
eBay MCP in Claude
- Open Claude and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Search for Frooition for eBay and click Connect.
eBay MCP in ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT and go to Settings, then Apps.
- Search for Frooition for eBay and click Connect.
eBay MCP in Grok
- Go to grok.com/connectors and click New Connector, then Custom.
- Give it a name, such as Frooition for eBay, and enter this address:

Then, whichever assistant you use
- A Frooition sign-in page opens. Sign in with your usual Frooition username and password.
- Tick the eBay account(s) the assistant is allowed to manage.
- Click Allow access. You'll be taken back to your assistant, ready to go.
Frooition accounts can connect on any plan, including the free plan. Pro and TopDawg accounts need an active subscription.

On the free plan, new listings are created without a design unless you ask for one, so a credit is never spent by surprise. If eBay rejects a change you paid for, the credit is refunded automatically.

What is an eBay MCP server?

Does eBay have an MCP server?

Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. In Claude and ChatGPT you find Frooition for eBay in the connector or app list and click Connect. In Grok you paste one address. There's no code and no eBay developer keys.

Is it free?

Which of my eBay accounts can it see?
Only the eBay accounts you tick when you connect. To add another account later, disconnect and connect again, then tick it.
Do I need a Frooition account?
Yes, with your eBay store connected. If you don't have one, the sign-in page has a link to create one by connecting your eBay account. It's free.
How do I disconnect it?
Revoke access from Account > Connected apps in Frooition, or disconnect it in your assistant's connector settings. Either one ends the connection.
