What changes
Same product, same photos, a listing buyers can find
Search and filters only work with the data a listing gives them. This is the kind of fix we make, one listing shown here, applied across a whole catalog.

The why
Why good listings go unseen
Blank item specifics
Buyers narrow results by size, brand, material and more. A listing with those fields empty drops out the moment a filter is applied.
Titles written for the seller
A title that describes the item isn't the same as one that uses the words buyers type. Most listings leave characters unused.
eBay's rules keep moving
In July 2026 eBay stopped indexing non-compliant fashion size values, and required coin listings to convert to new condition standards or be hidden.
Too many listings to fix by hand
Fixing one listing takes minutes. Fixing thousands, and keeping them current as categories change, is a job nobody has time for.
Open your slowest-selling listing and count the blank item specifics. That number is a good first guess at the problem.
What's in it for you
What a fixed catalog gives you
Listings that match more searches
Titles built from the words buyers use, within eBay's 80 characters.
Listings that survive filters
Required and recommended item specifics filled across the catalog.
Fewer surprises from eBay
Category and compliance changes picked up before listings get hidden.
How it works
Two ways to fix it. Both start free.
Use the tools yourself, or hand the whole catalog to our team. The scan and the audit cost nothing. Applying fixes is the paid step, and we say which is which.

A familiar shape
One buyer, one search, told twice
A buyer searches "men's leather biker jacket" and filters to size L and leather.
- The title doesn't say "biker" or "men's", so the search skips it.
- Material is blank, so the leather filter removes it anyway.
- The buyer never sees it and buys elsewhere.
- The title uses the buyer's words.
- Size, material and style are filled, so it stays in the filtered results.
- The listing gets its chance to be clicked.
Real sellers. Real results.

The bit that's usually missing
What it costs
Finding problems is free and never capped. Writing fixes to live listings is what you pay for.
Or $460 a year. The paid tools, including 25 Frooition credits a month.
One credit, one fix on one listing. 10% off from 100, 15% off from 500. Bought one-time, only spent when a change is written.
Our team fixes the catalog for you. Priced after your free audit, based on size.
All prices shown are net figures. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
What this isn't: nobody can promise a position in eBay search, and we won't. Price, photos, shipping and seller performance still count. What we fix is the listing data eBay needs to show your items at all.
Straight answers
Questions sellers ask first
Is the free account really free?
Yes, with no time limit. It includes the full catalog scan. You only pay when you apply fixes to live listings, through Boost Basic, Frooition credits or the managed service.
Will this get my listings to the top of eBay search?
No one can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. eBay also weighs price, photos, shipping and seller performance. We fix the part you control in the listing itself: titles, item specifics, categories and compliance.
Do you change my listings without asking?
No. We always get your permission before we change anything. And we back up every listing as it was before we touch it, so any change can be rolled back. With the free account and Frooition credits, you choose what gets applied yourself.
How long does the audit take?
You'll get your listing health report within 24 hours of connecting your eBay account.
Do I have to stop using my current listing tool?
No. We work alongside Rithum, Linnworks and others. What matters is how your tool is set up: some configurations push their own data back to eBay on the next sync, which can overwrite what we fixed. Every setup is different, so tell us what you run and we’ll tell you straight how the two will sit together.
I sell in the US and the UK. Does that matter?
No. The same tools and team cover eBay.com and eBay.co.uk, and one login can manage multiple eBay accounts.
