Every seller has one. A phrase in the description that is now wrong. A postage policy that changed. An item specific eBay started asking for. It is not hard - it is just multiplied by four thousand.

The work scales with the catalogue, and nothing else does

Changing one listing takes a minute. Changing three thousand takes fifty hours, and there is no version of your week with fifty hours in it. So the change waits.

Relisting is the usual workaround, and it costs you

Ending and relisting gets the new content live, but the new listing does not inherit the old one’s watchers, its age or its sold history. You fixed the wording and reset the listing.

eBay Bulk Revision vs relisting: not the same thing

This is the distinction worth understanding before you buy any bulk tool, because plenty of them quietly do the second and call it the first.

ReviseEdits the listing in place. It keeps its ID, its age, its watchers and its sold history. This is what eBay Bulk Revision does.
RelistEnds the old listing and starts a new one. Fresh, but it inherits none of the above. That is Auto Relister, and it is the right tool for stock that has stopped selling.
SoIf the listing is selling and something about it needs changing, you want revision. If it stopped selling, you want a fresh listing. Most sellers need both, for different listings.

Where eBay’s own bulk tools stop

Will my listings be relisted?

No. eBay Bulk Revision edits listings in place, so each one keeps its listing ID, its age, its watchers and its sold history. If you actually want a fresh listing - because the item has stopped selling - that is Auto Relister.

Can I see what it will do before it does it?

Yes, and this is the part worth using properly. Set your conditions and the tool reports how many live listings match before anything is written to eBay.

What can I change?

Prices, titles, descriptions, item specifics, business policies and listing design, filtered by category, format, price or content. The detail section above lists the groups.

Does it work across several eBay accounts?

Yes - a revision can run across the accounts you select, which is one sweep instead of one per account. See multiple accounts.

What about auction listings?

Buy It Now listings and auctions up to the first bid. Once an auction has a bid eBay itself blocks revision, so that is a limit of eBay’s rather than a limit of the tool.

Is there a record of what changed?

A batch log for each run, plus a Revision Log holding 30 days of history.

Do I need to pay?
