eBay has introduced a new way to engage buyers through interactive livestream auctions with the launch of eBay Live. Its debut at MCM Comic Con London featured 18 live events and charity auctions with Make-A-Wish Foundation.

eBay’s updated Seller Offer Management tools help streamline your promotions. Now you can set automated discount rules based on price, category, or stock level — saving you time and boosting conversions.

Seller Update – Simple Delivery Upgrades
eBay has added small parcel options and improved tracked rates with Evri and Royal Mail — making your fulfilment easier and more affordable.

Certified Open Box: Boost Buyer Trust
Sellers in Electronics or Home categories can now qualify for the Certified Open Box badge by offering free delivery, 30-day returns, and high service ratings. This badge boosts trust and increases conversion by highlighting you as a verified seller.
