Is it a pre made design?
No, each client receives custom branding to produce a unique look and feel. The store and listing template do use a common structure, which we maintain as part of our service, so that we can provide ongoing global updates.

Do you implement it?
Yes, we install the store and about page for you, making sure all sections and pages display correctly and we set up your listing template with your own private login to the online Frooition software.

Is this service available globally?
We currently have clients on most of the eBay domains (eg. eBay.com, eBay.co.uk eBay.fr eBay.de & eBay.es) but our designs have been designed to work on ALL eBay domains. We currently have an office in Florida for all our US business.

After Upfront fees are paid are there any additional ongoing costs?

Every time one of your products is viewed Frooition software dynamically delivers all CSS and graphics and handles all the API calls, which give your store and listings the great professional look and feel through advanced design and functionality.

Can I use the images else where?
Yes, once the design is complete we will send you a graphics pack, all rights to these graphics are passed over to you and as the owner you can use them wherever you like.

Could another seller steal my design?
We have a verification system in place which makes sure your design can't be installed into another account. Graphics could be taken but as the owner, legally you're the only person with the right to use them.

Can I update the store myself?
Yes, unlike many others, our stores work with eBay's interface which means you can change your categories, add promotion boxes, create custom pages etc... and the store categories and custom pages will automatically update without losing its styling. Anything you can currently do with your store you will be able to do with the new one.

How do I get help with the software?
We have a large library of help tutorials that will take you through step by step covering all aspects of the software. You also have access to our video library which has screen captures of the software and services showing you how to get the best out of frooition design. In addition to this we have a comprehensive ticket system that enables you to log questions and recieve a prompt response.
